R2P2D19 196.0 Wednesday

It's Wednesday morning and the scale says 196.0, down 1.1 pounds. Yesterday I had a strawberry slushy, coffee with moo and stevia, 4 grissini, 8 almonds, 2 melbas, a Jay Robb protein shake. Calories 430.

I know the off protocol foods had a lot to do with the gain, but I also think it's bloating and constipation. I've worked very late the last 2 days so I'm eating supper at 9:30 p.m. which can't be good. It does feel better just to have the protein shake which is lighter on my stomach. What I really should do is bring a dinner to work with me.
