It's Tuesday morning and the scale says 197.1 pounds, a gain of 0.7 pounds. Yesterday I had strawberries, coffee with moo and stevia, grilled chicken with spinach, tea with moo, cocoa, and stevia, 4 grissini, 2 melbas, 10 almonds (stuck late at work with no food), taco seasoned grilled chicken.
Monday morning I weighed 196.4 pounds and Sunday I ate a strawberry slushy, coffee with moo and stevia, beef with tomato, 2 melbas, shrimp with salad.
Losing 100 pounds is not an easy process. But HCG has changed everything for me. My first round I lost 23 pounds and dropped 2 sizes in six weeks. In Round 2 I lost 19 pounds and dropped 3 more sizes. I went from a size 24 to a 14! I will start Round 3 in May 2011 and I can't wait to lose another 20.
